Sprint + American AAdvantage Offers
New and existing customers to Sprint can earn a one-time bonus of 20,000 AAdvantage miles with a new Sprint account and one new phone line activation. The bonus is granted after 30 days of uninterrupted service. Each year the account is active, the line will earn 5,000 additional miles.
In addition, Admiral Club members can earn bonus miles. Admiral Club members can earn 1,000 additional miles with a new Sprint account with at least one new phone–line activation. Similarly, the bonus is applied when line remains active for 30 days.

If you already have Sprint service and adding another line is not an option, you’re in luck. Sprint offers the 5,000 mile annual bonus to all qualifying lines.
