The Seatac Airport Delta Sky Club located between terminal A and B is the largest and arguably the nicest airline operated lounge in Seattle. The 21,000 square foot two story lounge opened in 2016 and has exceptional views of Mount Rainier and the airports taxiways. Only the Seattle American Express Centurion lounge, may be nicer. Even the brand new Alaska Airlines North Satellite flagship lounge is smaller, but maybe equally nice when it comes to its hard product offering.
Inside the Delta Sky Club Seattle
The addition of a second Delta Sky Club in Seattle further pushes Delta’s Seattle hub status. The large club boasts a multilevel floor plan, local art, tons of seating and more.
Nearly every seat offers powers and USB ports, so no one will be looking for juice. The Delta Sky Club offers social areas and more private secluded areas. Work stations are in the back of the club, along with a wireless printer. When I was visiting in the morning, no one was even upstairs. So this could also be a great place for some privacy. The second floor also has a mini coffee and hydration station with light snacks.
The club offers Seattle flavors with local food offerings and partnerships with local chefs and local businesses. On my visit in the morning of January 2020 the breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs and build your own chilaquiles, hash, bagels, fresh fruit and yogurt and more. The food selection was top notch for an airline club.
The large bar offers local beers and wine, and of course all the typical crowd favorites for free. Premium alcohol can be purchased using cash or Skymiles. 
If you feel like splurging, or using your miles for something useful for a change, consider a bottle of Dom Perignon for $200 or just 10,000 skymiles!
If beer and wine isn’t your forte there’s juice, soda, and of course coffee machines with some fresh and from Seattle, Starbucks roast.
On the first floor, the lounge has a kitchen area with several high top tables. These are great for people who do not need power, or who want to watch the TVs behind the bar. Not to mention, being close to the food and alcohol is always nice too! There is not sitting directly at the bar in the Seattle Sky Club.
The Seattle Delta Sky Club also offers 6 shower suites. There was once a spa in the lounge too, but this now appears closed. It turns out people didn’t want to pay for facial and massages after already paying hundred of dollars a year for access!
Relax, Stay a While
Overall I must say that Delta did a great job with this large Sky Club in the main terminal. It offers a large open floor plan with all the bells and whistles. As far as airport lounges go, this is by far one of my favorite inside of Seatac Airport. I was able to access the club via my American Express Platinum card. Otherwise annual club membership starts around $545 for non-elite members and select fare classes offer access. If you’re in Seattle and qualify, I’d recommend stopping by this lounge.
