Bottom line
Traveling is making a roaring comeback and cruise lines want to see you back onboard. Even DisneyCruise line has a deal for Disney+ subscribers. If you book your cruise adventure through a Amex Travel or Costco travel these deals will not apply. But when you use a personalized travel agent, your credit card is charged by the travel operator, not the agency. This allows you to stack both agent specific deals with Amex deals. Also note, MOST cruise line offer refundable deposits. Which means you can use your Amex to book now and pay your deposit, and then pay the rest later. Or get a refund if needed. Who knows, by the time you make final payment, there may be a second deal! Also if you have multiple users, check all your accounts. You may have multiple offers. Last year each of my authorize users had a deal where if we spent $1,000 on a Seabourn Cruise, we received $400 cash back. The offer was on ALL 4 cards and we saved $1,600 on our Seabourn cruise.
