Alaska Airlines Flight attendants took to the streets of Seattle last weekend during the annual Seafair Torchlight Parade. The Dancing flight attendants showed off their dance skills as the men and women danced their way down 4th Ave for the 7th year in a row. Showing the world that Alaska Airlines’ Flight Attendants dance to their own beat! The team took Seattle by storm and showed off their mad skills that most of us will never see at 37,000 feet! Carryon bag in tow, dressed in full uniform, 40+ flight attendants volunteered to entertain the crowd! The danced their way down the street to remind Seattle that their hometown airline dances to a beat of their own. Alaska Airlines: Truly Northwest, North of Expected and overall just Alaska Beyond! Nothing boring or corporate Delta here!
Each year Alaska Airlines sponsors the Torchlight parade in Seattle, a Seafair staple. The airlines does something special each year to celebrate, and the Alaska Airline Dance crew is quickly becoming tradition! After all this was the 7th year in a row we’ve seen this group preform! Flight Attendants volunteer their time for both the parade and all practices. If a crew member misses a practice or does not practice, they cannot participate! This is serious folks, dance skills are a must!
Thank you Alaska Airlines employees for once again making the Seafair Torchlight parade uniquely Seattle. You are our hometown Airline and remind us that employees at Alaska Airlines are uniquely Seattle!
What will 2017 bring us? Probably another dance party! But this is why we love Alaska, maybe in 2017 we’ll see a Virgin America Vs Alaska Airline Flight Attendant dance off, as they two airlines have fun with their merger plans!
