Amex Offers are perks exclusive to cardmembers for discounts or bonus points at a variety of merchants. Travel providers are often on that list. This spring saw many discounts for Hilton properties, and today I saw an offer for $30 off Marriott appear in my list. This deal is good for a $30 statement credit when you use your American Express card to pay for a stay of $150 or more by October 31, 2017. The reservation must be made through a direct Marriott channel (Marriott.com, by phone, or the Marriott mobile app).
If you’re looking to enroll, Amex Offers can be found on the main account page (look for the link to view all offers) when you log into American Express online. Sometimes you may be able to enroll in the same or different offers with each of your various Amex cards.
If you weren’t targeted online, you can still register via Twitter by syncing your Amex card with Twitter and then tweeting #AmexMarriott to the @AmexOffers account.
Amex Offers come out on a regular basis and aren’t always publicized by email (in fact, the emails I get from Amex seem to be for the least interesting offers). So, I recommend you log into your Amex account now and then to check for yourself what interesting deals might be available. I’ve already saved more than the cost of my Platinum Card’s annual fee this year, making Amex Offers a very good perk.
