Rivalry is in the air. While Alaska Airlines may have its “Chief Football Officer” Russel Wilson, the official airline of the Seattle Seahawks is Delta Air Lines. Both carriers offer some special benefits to customers during the football season such as priority boarding if you wear a jersey. Finally, registering will get you two discount codes from Lyft. Each of these codes will be valid for 12% off travel to or from Sea-Tac Airport with a maximum discount of $5 on each ride ($10 for both codes). I got my code immediately after registering and didn’t even have to wait for an email.
12status, for those who don’t know, is a play on Seahawks fans calling themselves the “12th man” (because football teams have 11 players). My wife is rolling her eyes and says that the Aggies came up with the 12th man first. And that’s about as much sports discussion as will happen in our house until the same time next year.
