Singapore Airlines is running several promotions right now to respond to the slump in demand. For tickets purchased between March 5 and March 18, and travel between March 5 and May 31, you can secure economy class tickets starting at $550 or premium economy tickets starting at $990. These include destinations like Bali, the Maldives, and Tokyo. Singapore Airlines also flies to places in Europe and South Asia.
The airline is addressing fears about coronavirus by explicitly permitting changes on these tickets (with applicable fare difference).
There’s a separate offer if you scroll to the bottom of the page for those traveling in the near future. You could stack it with the sale fares above, but you probably won’t get the greatest discounts because of the close-in travel.
When you fly between March 5 and March 18, 2020, you can earn 50% bonus KrisFlyer miles in economy class or 25% bonus miles in premium economy and business class. These bonuses are only valid for travel booked in the K, N, Q or V fare buckets (economy); P, L, or R fare buckets (premium economy); or U or D fare buckets (business class). However, the good news is these are the most heavily discounted fares in each cabin and the ones you’re most likely to book.
