The Club at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in concourse A across from gate A11 offers reprieve from what can be a busy terminal below. The Club is one of two “The Club” at the airport and one of four Priority pass lounges located throughout the airport. The Club in concourse A hosts Priority Pass and Dinner Club members and also guests traveling on Delta, Hainan Airlines, Condor, and Eva Air. Delta does offer their own skyclub in the South Satellite, but due to the rapid expansion in Seattle that club is often full and far away from the overflow gates Delta uses in Concourse A for several international flights.
The Club is located above the main concourse and looks out at the terminal below or towards Tukwila International Blvd and the light rail line and offers the basic amenities that I’ve found at other “The Club” locations that I have visited such as The Club Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Atlanta.
There are a couple of different seating options, featuring single seats around the lounge that either face the bar and entrance or looks east towards the light rail. The view is more industrialist/hotels more than anything, but the natural light is nice. Due to lighting and time I failed to get a picture of this area, instead see the bar area below:
There is also a conference room and a work area with computer work stations
The bar has a mixologist staffed who will concoct your favorite cocktail or pour you something simple. The Club has a variety of spirits, beer, and wine available and are of higher quality than what you find in most domestic lounges.
There are a few snack items including chips, cookies and soups, but nothing that would count as a full meal. They might offer better options during peak travel time, I was here around noon.
The lounge offers a bird’s eye view for people watching of the people down below
Overall this lounge is comfortable and is a good addition to the Priority Pass network in Seattle. It’s nice that nearly every part of the airport now has a lounge that can be accessed, a huge improvement from just a few years ago!
